Injuries Reported in Canyon Country Auto Accident on 14 Freeway and Soledad Canyon Road
CANYON COUNTRY, CA (May 10, 2022) – Friday morning, authorities arrested Daisy Curiel after a DUI crash on 14 Freeway and Soledad Canyon Road.
The incident occurred just before 1:00 a.m. on the southbound 14 Freeway and Soledad Canyon Road.
“(The driver) and a passenger were traveling southbound when she crashed into the center divider and injured her passenger,” said Officer Josh Greengard, a spokesperson with the (CHP) Newhall Area Office.
When the authorities arrived, they found out that 24-year-old Daisy Curiel showed signs of intoxication. She failed a sobriety test and was found under the influence.
Eventually, officers arrested Curiel of Lennox for felony DUI due to her passenger being injured.
Thus, officers booked Daisy Curiel at the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff Station with a $100,000 bail.
