Kenneth Hull Arrested After DUI Head-On Crash on U.S. Highway 63 in Queen City

Queen City, MO (October 16, 2024) – Cristian Cullers and Kenneth Hull sustained injuries in a head-on crash on U.S. Highway 63.

Reportedly, a northeast Missouri driver was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving after a head-on collision that injured two people early Wednesday morning.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that the crash occurred just after 2:30 a.m. on U.S. Highway 63 in Queen City. 

According to state troopers, Kenneth Hull, 27, of Memphis, Missouri, was driving an SUV northbound when he veered into the oncoming lane.

Hull collided head-on with a pickup truck driven by Keaton Baker, 33, of Downing, Missouri. 

Baker’s truck ended up off the west side of the highway, while Hull’s SUV remained on the road.

Hull sustained serious injuries and was transported by ambulance to Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville. 

Baker was uninjured, but his passenger, Cristian Cullers, 26, of Kirksville, suffered moderate injuries and was also taken by ambulance to the same hospital.

All three men were wearing seat belts at the time of the accident. Hull’s SUV temporarily blocked both lanes of Highway 63 until it was towed.

Hull was cited for DWI and failure to drive on the right side of the roadway, which resulted in the crash, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s arrest reports.
