LUBBOCK, TX (September 30, 2024) – Saturday morning, a crippling vehicle crash on Spur 327 near Marsha Sharp Freeway injured two people.

The incident happened at around 12:53 a.m. in the 7000 block of Spur 327 near Marsha Sharp Freeway.

According to the Lubbock Police Department, the incident is considered a major crash.

Paramedics transported one person to a hospital with serious injuries. Also, another person sustained minor injuries in the crash.

Authorities blocked westbound Spur 327, from Milwaukee Avenue to Marsha Sharp Freeway, to give way to responders. All lanes have long since reopened.
