4 People Hurt in Austin Auto Accident on FM 620 near Mansfield Dam Road
AUSTIN, TX (August 6, 2023) – Saturday night, a crippling vehicle crash on FM 620 near Mansfield Dam Road injured 4.
The incident happened near the intersection of FM 620 and Mansfield Dam Road.
According to reports, the incident is considered a major collision.
Moreover, Austin-Travis County EMS transported a pediatric patient to Dell Children’s Hospital with serious injuries. Then, paramedics transported two adults with serious injuries and a third adult with non-life-threatening injuries to St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center for treatment. Also, one person refused further treatment at the scene.
