Driver Injured in Casa Grande Auto Accident on 208 E Florence Boulevard

CASA GRANDE, CA (April 24, 2024) – Monday, a crippling traffic crash on 208 E Florence Boulevard led to injuries.

The incident happened at 10:00 a.m. when a white sedan driving east on Florence Boulevard turned and hit a black pickup truck. Then, the impact pushed the truck into Aurora’s Store and Services.

Meanwhile, the white sedan struck a utility pole after the initial crash. Officers confirmed that each vehicle was occupied solely bit its driver.

The driver of the white sedan, identified as a woman, sustained significant injuries in the collision. 

Meanwhile, the female driver of the black pickup truck suffered minor injuries, as confirmed by Thomas Anderson, the public information officer for the Casa Grande Police Department.

Emergency services promptly transported both drivers to hospitals for further medical attention. Fortunately, no individuals inside the building were harmed as a result of the incident.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details became available, the authorities continued to investigate the crash.
