3 People Hurt in Brentwood Auto Accident on San Diego Freeway and Getty Center Drive

BRENTWOOD, CA (July 11, 2023) – Monday morning, a crippling single-vehicle crash on San Diego Freeway and Getty Center Drive injured three people.

The incident happened at around 2:12 a.m. on the southbound San Diego 405 Freeway at Getty Center Drive.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a sedan lost control for still unknown reasons and crashed into a sign pole.

Moreover, responding firefighters rushed to the scene and extricated three occupants of the vehicle who were trapped inside the wreckage. Then, paramedics transported the three patients to a hospital with unknown injuries.

Furthermore, the crash closed two right lanes of the freeway but has long since reopened.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
