1 Person Hurt in San Francisco Pedestrian Accident on Valencia Street and 18th Street
SAN FRANCISCO, CA (September 22, 2023) – Wednesday afternoon, a crippling pedestrian crash on Valencia Street and 18th Street injured one person.
The incident happened at around 1:28 p.m. on Valencia Street and 18th Street.
According to Police Officer Eve Laokwansathitaya, a vehicle struck a pedestrian for still unknown reasons.
Moreover, a responding police officer performed CPR on the pedestrian. Then, paramedics rushed the victim to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Furthermore, the vehicle driver remained at the scene to cooperate with the authorities.
At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
