SAN ANTONIO, TX (October 8, 2023) – Saturday morning, a crippling pedestrian crash on 14800 Blanco Road injured one person.

Reports said that the incident happened at around 1:50 a.m. in the 14800 block of Blanco Road on the North Side.

According to the San Antonio Police, a vehicle struck a worker who was painting lines in an AutoZone parking lot. Then, the vehicle fled the scene without stopping to provide aid.

Moreover, responders rushed the victim to University Hospital with a broken leg and laceration to the back of the head.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
