FRESNO, CA (June 8, 2023) – Tuesday night, a crippling pedestrian accident on B Street and Calaveras Street injured one person.

The incident happened on B Street and Calaveras Street.

According to the Fresno Police Department, a vehicle struck a pedestrian and then fled the scene without stopping. Then, the driver returned to the scene to cooperate with the authorities.

Moreover, responders rushed the victim to a hospital with critical injuries.

Furthermore, Fresno Police Department said that the vehicle driver is under investigation for suspicion of DUI.
