Injuries Reported in San Diego Motorcycle Accident on Ivy Street and 33rd Street
SAN DIEGO, CA (March 18, 2024) – Monday morning, a crippling motorcycle crash on Ivy Street and 33rd Street injured 1 person.
The incident happened when a 35-year-old man was riding a 2023 Harley-Davidson to the west on Ivy Street. Then, a southbound 2017 Kia Forte hit him at 33rd Street at about 11:15 a.m.
“The fault of this collision has not been determined at this time,” SDPD officer David O’Brien revealed.
Paramedics transported the motorcyclist to a hospital for treatment of major arm and leg fractures.
At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details became available, the authorities continued to investigate the crash.
