1 Person Hurt in Tempe Motorcycle Accident on 48th Street and Southern Avenue

TEMPE, AZ (December 6, 2023) – Tuesday night, a crippling motorcycle crash on 48th Street and Southern Avenue injured one person.

The incident happened at around 6:00 p.m. on 48th Street and Southern Avenue.

According to the Tempe Police, a passenger vehicle failed to yield to the right of way while making a left turn and struck a motorcycle.

Moreover, responders transported the motorcyclist to a hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Furthermore, authorities do not believe that impairment played a role in the crash.

At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
