1 Person Hospitalized in Victorville Bicycle Accident on D Street near Emma Jean’s Holland Burger Cafe
VICTORVILLE, CA (August 8, 2024) – Tuesday afternoon, a crippling hit-and-run crash on D Street near Emma Jean’s Holland Burger Cafe injured one person.
The incident happened at around 2:14 p.m. in the 17100 block of D Street, near Emma Jean’s Holland Burger Cafe.
According to Sheriff’s spokeswoman Gloria Huerta, an unknown vehicle clipped a bicyclist, and then fled the scene without stopping to provide aid.
Moreover, responders transported the female bicyclist to the Victor Valley Global Medical Center where she was airlifted to a trauma center with unknown injuries.
At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
