EL PASO, TX (July 24, 2024) – Tuesday morning, a crippling hit-and-run crash on Amador Avenue and Motel Boulevard injured 1 person.

The incident happened just before 5:00 a.m. at the corner of Amador Avenue and Motel Boulevard, in front of the TA Travel Center.

According to reports, a passerby noticed a 59-year-old man lying on the roadway with a bicycle nearby.

According to Las Cruces police, the man was found with head trauma and unconscious. He was first taken to a local hospital, then transferred to the University Medical Center of El Paso, where he remains in critical condition.
