Injuries Reported in San Antonio Vehicle Crash on Lake Park near Highway 90

SAN ANTONIO, TX (April 20, 2023) – Wednesday morning, a crippling auto accident on Lake Park near Highway 90 sent 2 to the hospital.

The incident happened at about 3:00 a.m. in the 11900 block of Lake Park, near Highway 90 and Luckey Ranch Elementary School.

According to reports, a driver and a passenger sustained injuries after they crashed their vehicle into a neighbor’s garage in Southwest Bexar County.

Meanwhile, deputies said that a woman drove a pickup truck with a male passenger. Then, they took a turn too fast for an unknown reason and rammed into a neighbor’s garage.

Officers confirmed that no one inside the home suffered injuries.

Also, an ambulance transported the man and woman to University Hospital, where they are expected to recover.

Arcadian EMS, the Bexar County Fire Department, and the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office all came to the scene.
