VALLEJO, CA (May 23, 2023) – Saturday afternoon, a crippling 2-vehicle crash on State Route 37 near Fairgrounds Drive injured 2 people.

The crash happened just before 2:45 p.m. on State Route 37 near Fairgrounds Drive.

According to reports, a white Honda drove east on Highway 37 in the left lane near Fairgrounds Drive.

Then, the Honda sideswiped a Jaguar traveling in the second lane from the left. As a result, the Honda overturned, ejecting a child passenger in the process.

After the crash responders took the child and the Honda driver to the hospital. Meanwhile, authorities arrested the female Honda driver for driving under the influence.

Moreover, the Jaguar’s driver suffered no injuries in the crash.
