Injuries Sustained in Blue Lake Auto Accident on Greenwood Avenue and Blue Lake Boulevard
BLUE LAKE, CA (November 28, 2023) – Monday morning, a crippling 2-vehicle crash on Greenwood Avenue and Blue Lake Boulevard led to minor injuries.
The incident happened just before 8:00 a.m. near the intersection of Greenwood Avenue and Blue Lake Boulevard.
According to reports, the crash involved a loaded logging truck and an SUV. Also, both vehicles blocked the intersection.
After the crash, an ambulance responded to the scene, along with fire department first responders.
CHP also requested the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office to respond due to jurisdictional issues.
By 8:55 a.m., the CHP revealed that a Ford Escape sustained major rear-end damage and the incident led to a minor injury.
At around 8:47 a.m., the roadway has reopened.
