Injuries Reported in Valley Glen Auto Accident on 6400 N Wilkinson Avenue

VALLEY GLEN, CA (May 12, 2024) – Saturday night, a crippling 2-car crash on 6400 N Wilkinson Avenue injured 1 person.

The incident happened just before 6:00 p.m. in the 6400 block of N Wilkinson Avenue, said the Los Angeles Fire Department.

Reports said that one car veered into a shop in Valley Glen, leaving considerable damage to the structure. 

Moreover, one of the drivers was taken to a nearby hospital in unknown condition.

Los Angeles Police Department officers confirmed that one of the people involved in the crash was arrested for possibly driving under the influence. 

Additionally, the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety was summoned to evaluate the structural integrity of the building and determine whether it was safe for occupancy.

At this time, the circumstances that led to the crash remained unclear. Once additional details become available, the public will be notified.
