The incident happened at around 9:00 p.m. in the 1000 block of South General McMullen, near Castroville Road.
 
According to reports, a white sedan struck a male pedestrian and then fled the scene without providing aid. Then, a dark-colored vehicle struck the victim who was already down in the roadway. The driver of the second vehicle remained at the scene to wait for the responders.
