2 Police Officers Minorly Injured in Multi-Vehicle Crash on Roscoe Boulevard and De Soto Avenue
Canoga Park, CA (August 7, 2021) – On Friday, a multi-vehicle crash on Roscoe Boulevard and De Soto Avenue left two police officers injured.
The incident took place on August 6 in the area of Roscoe Boulevard and De Soto Avenue at about 3:20 p.m.
According to Officer Jeffrey Lee of the LAPD Media Relations Division, the exact number of the vehicles involved is still unclear.
The Los Angeles Fire Department initially reported that the incident happened after a pursuit. However, they revised their statement and took out the pursuit aspect. Later, Lee confirmed that pursuit did not happen in the area.
The impact of the collision left two police officers injured. Emergency personnel transported them to a nearby hospital with minor injuries. Moreover, medics evaluated two other officers at the scene but they refused medical transport.
