2 Motorists Hospitalized in 2-Car Collision near Cuesta Grade
San Luis Obispo County, CA (September 9, 2023) On Friday afternoon, 2 motorists were hospitalized after a 2-vehicle crash on Reservoir Canyon Road.
According to the California Highway Patrols, that the 2-car collision happened around 2:36 p.m. near the Cuesta Grade.
Reports say that a vehicle was trying to make a turn towards south from Reservoir Canyon Road, and failed to see an oncoming vehicle from the northbound lanes.
Officials say that the vehicles crashed with s side impact. Both drivers sustained injuries and were transported to a hospital. Both motorists were the sole occupants of their respective vehicles.
The collision impacted traffic in the area.
CHP is investigating the 2-car collision.
