1 Border Patrol Agent Hospitalized after Crash on Highway 277 in Dimmit County

Dimmit County, TX (June 29, 2023) – On Wednesday, a Border Patrol agent sustained injuries in a crash on Highway 277.

Reportedly, a driver failed to stop at the checkpoint, leading to a crash involving the agent.

EMS airlifted the agent to San Antonio for further medical treatment. The nature and extent of the agent’s injuries have not been disclosed at this time.
