The Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office has identified the pedestrian killed in a car crash on Highway 135 in Santa Maria. 

They announced on Wednesday that the victim was 57-year-old Lonell Oliver from Lompoc. 

The crash occurred near the intersection of Highways 135 and 1 shortly after 5 p.m. on Jan. 13, leading to a brief lane closure while units investigated the scene.
