1 Person Arrested after Crash on Hacienda Boulevard
La Puente, CA (June 10, 2023) – Saturday afternoon, CHP responded to a multi-vehicle crash on Hacienda Boulevard.
The crash happened at 4:52 p.m. on June 10.
According to the CHP, the pursuit of a speeding motorcycle resulted in a collision with two patrol cars, a private vehicle, and a fire hydrant in La Puente before the suspect was arrested.
The pursuit started at 4:40 p.m. on the San Bernardino (10) Freeway at Grand Avenue in West Covina
The motorcyclist then allegedly led officers off the freeway at Sunset Avenue, which turned into Garvey Avenue.
At 4:52 p.m., two patrol cars apparently collided at Hacienda Boulevard and Ector Street.
As a result, two patrol cars drive side by side into a fence and a blue car crashes into a fire hydrant, causing water to spray out.
The man suspected of driving the speeding motorcycle was arrested a short time later on Nantes Avenue.
