Motorcyclist Killed in Crash on Aviation Boulevard in Redondo Beach

Redondo Beach, CA (December 23, 2023) – On Saturday afternoon, one person died in a crash on Aviation Boulevard.

The collision occurred around 3:15 p.m. on Aviation Boulevard, where the northbound motorcycle collided with a vehicle turning south onto Aviation from Space Park Drive, as reported by Redondo Beach police.

The Medical Examiner’s office will confirm the identity of the deceased motorcyclist, who was pronounced dead at the scene. 

The driver of the involved vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.

At this time, there is no indication that alcohol and/or drugs played a role in the crash.
