Midland Police Investigates Fatal Pedestrian Accident on Culver Drive
Midland, TX (February 6, 2024) On Saturday evening, 51-year-old David Prousser was killed in an auto-pedestrian crash on Golf Course Road.
According to the Midland Police Department (MPD), the fatal pedestrian accident happened around 7:05 p.m. at the intersection with Culver Drive.
Reports say that a westbound Toyota Tundra struck 51-year-old Prousser walking the roadway. Officials say that the driver of the Toyota failed to notice the man and eventually struck the pedestrian.
Medics rushed the injured pedestrian to Midland Memorial Hospital where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Officials are investigating the fatal pedestrian accident and have not released further information about this tragedy.
