Highway 1 Vehicle Collision Kills Two People

Arroyo Grande, CA (July 07, 2022) – On Tuesday, at about 4:45 a.m., Cori Lee Hudson, 38, of Grover Beach, sustained injuries in a head-on crash on Highway 1 killing two people.

The fatal vehicle collision took place at about 4:45 a.m.

According to the investigators, Cori Lee Hudson was southbound on the highway in his Dodge Ram pickup truck. 

He was about to turn onto Winterhaven Way. She turned left crossing the northbound lane at an unknown speed. His truck crashed head-on with a northbound Honda Civic on the highway. 

Sadly, the Honda driver and a 35-year-old passenger lost their lives in the collision.

Hudson sustained moderate injuries from the collision. The authorities did not arrest him.

Meanwhile, the authorities are investigating the cause of the Highway 1 vehicle collision.
