Driver Crashes into Flashing Arrow Sign that Hits Construction Worker in Accident on State Route 125 near Navajo Road

 
SAN DIEGO, CA (September 15, 2022) – Tuesday night, a construction worker suffered injuries in a DUI crash on State Route 125 near Navajo Road.
 
The incident happened at about 11:00 p.m. on the southbound side of State Route 125 near Navajo Road.
 
According to reports, an SUV drove past a construction zone on State Route 125. Then, the driver hit a large flashing arrow sign that was on a trailer.
 
Then, the sign went in the way of the worker. Despite trying to dive out of the way, the sign still hit the worker.
 
Afterward, responders took the patient to the hospital with serious unspecified injuries. At this time, the authorities investigate whether DUI played a role in the crash.
