25-Year-Old Bellingham Man Dies in Motorcycle Crash on State Route 11
Skagit County, WA (September 27, 2020) – On Saturday, 25-year-old Collin Coleman lost his life in a motorcycle crash on State Route 11 in Skagit County.
The victim man was traveling northbound on Highway 11 in Skagit County on a 2017 Yamaha FZ07. He crossed the center line and was thrown from the motorcycle and into the southbound lane.
Additionally, the news release said a pickup truck struck Mr. Coleman as the bike came to rest on the southbound shoulder.
Moreover, the authorities declared Collin dead at the scene, while the pickup truck driver was not injured.
Also, the report said troopers attributed the accident to the victim’s speed.
Furthermore, drugs and alcohol were not a factor in the crash, and the motorcyclist was wearing a helmet.
