2 People Hurt in El Dorado County Traffic Accident on Highway 193 near Sliger Mine Road
EL DORADO COUNTY, CA (September 7, 2023) – Monday afternoon, authorities arrested Cody Horn after a disastrous DUI crash on Highway 193.
The incident happened at around 2:45 p.m. on Highway 193, north of Sliger Mine Road.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a 2005 Toyota Sienna minivan struck a 1984 Toyota truck that was attempting to turn left onto Highway 193 from a private property.
Moreover, responders transported the Toyota truck driver and a passenger of the Toyota minivan to Marshall Hospital with minor injuries.
Furthermore, officers arrested the 37-year-old driver of a 1984 Toyota truck driver on suspicion of driving under the influence.
At this time, the events leading to the crash remained unclear. When additional information becomes available, the public will be notified.
