37-year-old Guillermo Garcia-Verdin of Yakima, was driving east on SR 24 at University Parkway, when he struck a car in the turn lane, driven by 77-year-old Clara Coddington. She then hit a westbound vehicle, driven by Rosa Valencia-Farias.
