Yuma Fatal Crash Kills 20-Year Old Ciri Rosas
Yuma, AZ (June 04, 2021) – On Thursday, Ciri Rosas, a 20-year old Yuma woman, died in three-vehicle crash on Avenue B.
Officers received the accident report at 5:52 a.m. in the County 20th Street intersection.
Apparently, a northbound Chevy Malibu, driven by Rosas attempted to pass a Dodge Caliber.
However, it crashed with the driver’s door when it tried to merge back into the northbound lane.
Afterwards, the Caliber ran off the roadway and crashed into a tree.
The Malibu then collided head on with a southbound Ford F-250.
Unfortunately, Rosas died at the scene of the accident.
Meanwhile, the Caliber driver incurred minor injuries. The driver of the F-250 and his two passengers were rushed to Yuma Regional Medical Center for various injuries.
The authorities are investigating the crash.
