Cintya Rodriguez Injured in Fatal Crash on Benson Avenue [Chino, CA]

Chino, CA (January 12, 2024) – 38-year-old Cintya Rodriguez of Montclair was injured in a fatal crash on Benson Avenue on Tuesday afternoon.

Chino Police officers responded to a collision south of Phillips Boulevard wherein a northbound Honda Civic driven by Benjamin Orosco crossed into the southbound lanes and struck a Toyota 4-Runner driven by Cintya Rodriguez.

Responding officers declared Orosco deceased at the scene after 5:28 p.m. while Rodriguez was rushed to a hospital.

Officers are still investigating this traffic accident and are seeking witnesses or any additional information about the collision.
