Two Injured After Motorcycle Collides with Deer in Boone County
Boone County, MO (September 30, 2024) On Saturday evening, 21-year-old Ciara Shelby of Augusta and 22-year-old Jacob Lalumandier of Weldon Spring were hurt in a motorcycle crash on Route K.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP), the brutal accident happened around 7:25 p.m. at Route K and Mount Celestial Road.
Reports say that a motorcycle crash in Boone County left two people injured after the vehicle collided with a deer.
Officials say that Lalumandier was driving a 2022 CFMOTO motorcycle eastbound when the collision took place.
Both Lalumandier and his passenger Shelby were ejected from the motorcycle.
Emergency responders transported them to University Hospital, where they are being treated for moderate injuries.
