Tucson Bicycle Accident Injures Pima County Administrator
TUCSON, AZ (October 24, 2021) – Saturday, Pima County Administrator Chuck Huckelberry suffered injuries in a bicycle crash in downtown Tucson.
The bicycle accident happened last Saturday morning as Pima County administrator Chuck Huckelberry rode his bike in downtown Tucson. Then, one of the cars in a two-car accident struck him and his bike.
“He and his friends ride every Saturday morning,” said Chief Deputy County Administrator Jan Lesher. “In recent weeks they’ve taken to coming down to the historic courthouse and having coffee at a local coffee shop here within the courthouse and then going on from here and he was hit just about two blocks away.”
