1 Dead in Colton Pedestrian Accident on West C Street and Pennsylvania Avenue
COLTON, CA (December 25, 2022) – Saturday morning, authorities arrested Christopher Roman after a deadly crash on West C Street and Pennsylvania Avenue.
The incident happened at about 1:25 a.m. on West C Street and Pennsylvania Avenue.
According to initial reports, a vehicle struck and killed a 33-year-old man. Afterward, the suspect fled the scene.
Then, the authorities found the man lying in the roadway. Also, the man suffered blunt force trauma and responders declared him dead at the scene.
At this time, the authorities haven’t disclosed the identity of the deceased due to pending family notification.
19-year-old Christopher Roman struck the victim and then left the scene.
Eventually, responders found Christopher Roman in the area and were suspected of being under the influence.
Then, authorities booked him into the West Valley Detention Center on suspicion of vehicular manslaughter.
