Injuries Reported in Quincy Auto Accident on Beskeen Lane and State Route 70

 
QUINCY, CA (April 28, 2022) – Sunday afternoon, authorities arrested Christopher Brown after a two-vehicle crash on Beskeen Lane and State Route 70.
 
The incident happened around 12:55 p.m. on Beskeen Lane and State Route 70.
 
According to reports, 40-year-old Christopher Brown of Quincy drove a 2012 black Toyota Corolla. Then, he stopped in the southbound lane of Beskeen Lane and State Route 70.
 
Meanwhile, 19-year-old Claryssah Ghidossi of Portola drove a 2021 white Subaru Crosstek west on State Route 70 at around 50 mph. However, Brown started driving the Toyota forward the intersection to turn left onto eastbound SR-70 directly in front of the approaching Subaru.
 
After noticing this, Ghidossi veered the Subaru to the right and applied the brakes to avoid a crash. However, the left front of the Subaru crashed with the left rear of the Toyota within the intersection.
 
As a result, the crash led to minor injuries.
 
Then, authorities arrested Christopher Brown for DUI following the crash.
 
Due to the limited information available, the authorities continue to investigate the crash.
