1 Killed 2 Injured in Killeen Fatal Collision
Killeen, TX (November 9, 2023) – Christian Williams was killed in an East Rancier Avenue collision Tuesday afternoon.
Killeen Police Department officers responded to the collision at around 5:32 p.m. on November 7 at the intersection with Benttree Drive.
The authorities said that a black Chevrolet Traverse driven by Williams was stopped at the intersection while attempting to make a left turn onto East Rancier Avenue.
When the Chevrolet entered the intersection, the vehicle was hit by a blue Nissan Altima that was westbound in the inside lane.
Immediately, the responding medical team rushed Williams and the Altima driver to Baylor Scott & White in Temple in critical condition.
Christian Williams succumbed to his injuries at 7:25 p.m.
The Altima driver is in critical condition while their passenger was also transported to the same hospital with minor injuries.
This fatal Texas collision is under investigation.
