Christena Monroe of Arlington Killed in Interstate 35 Vehicle Collision [Waco, TX]

Waco, TX (November 7, 2023) – Christena Monroe, 46, of Arlington was killed in an Interstate 35 vehicle collision early Sunday morning.

The authorities responded at about 12 a.m. on northbound, near Mile Marker #345.

Officers said a truck tractor semi-trailer changed lanes when unsafe and slammed into a passenger car. As a result, the car went out of control and collided with another truck tractor semi-trailer. 

DPS officers said Monroe was taken to Baylor Scott and White in Waco where she later succumbed to her injuries. 

The investigation is active and ongoing on this Waco, Texas accident.
