Child Injured in Pedestrian Accident on Logan Avenue [San Diego, CA]

Young Pedestrian Struck and Injured by Vehicle at Lincoln Park Intersection

SAN DIEGO, CA (September 12, 2018) – A child was injured Wednesday afternoon following a pedestrian accident on Logan Avenue.

According to officials with the San Diego Police Department, the child was struck by a vehicle shortly after 3 PM near the Children of the Rainbow child care facility. Events that led to the accident were not immediately available.

The young victim was transported to the Rady Children’s Hospital with unspecified injuries. It is unknown whether or not the driver stopped at the scene to cooperate with investigators.
