Multi-Vehicle Collision on Highway 101 in Atascadero Leaves Child Injured
ATASCADERO, CA (May 19, 2019) – A child was hurt following a multi-vehicle collision Sunday afternoon in Atascadero.
The collision happened around 12:55 p.m. on northbound Highway 101, just South of San Ramon Road off-ramp.
At least 8 vehicles were involved. When officers arrived on the scene, all vehicles were in the center divider. One of the vehicles was reportedly smoking from the crash.
Responding paramedics took one child to a hospital with a complaint of pain to the stomach.
