Glendale, AZ (April 11, 2024) – Thursday night, a child sustained critical injuries in a crash on 47th Avenue.

Reportedly, a pickup truck struck a child riding a bike in Glendale near 47th and Northern avenues. 

The crash occurred around 7:30 p.m., leaving the child with critical injuries, although the child’s current condition is unknown. 

Police did not disclose the child’s age or the cause of the crash. 

Although the roadway was initially closed in all directions, it has since reopened.
