State Route 138 Collision Kills One
Lancaster, CA (January 15, 2022) – On Thursday, a male Chevy Suburban died in a State Route 138 big rig crash.
The responders arrived at the scene at about 9:30 p.m. near West Avenue D.
Officers said the Chevy Suburban driver was traveling at a high rate of speed when he struck a big rig head-on.
The Chevy’s driver lost control of the vehicle and it crashed.
Unfortunately, the driver of the Chevy died at the scene.
Meanwhile, the officers are investigating if alcohol was a factor in the crash.
