Phoenix, AZ (November 1, 2023) – On Wednesday, 60-year-old Cheryl Lowe died in a hit-and-run crash on 29th Avenue and Hazelwood Street.

Police responded and found Lowe suffering from severe injuries. 

Tragically, paramedics from the Phoenix Fire Department pronounced Lowe deceased at the accident site.
