84-Year-Old Corona Woman Identified in Crash on Intersection of Temescal Canyon and Lawson Roads
RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA (March 21, 2018) – On Wednesday morning around 8:25 AM, one person died and three people were injured in a multiple-car crash on the intersection of Temescal Canyon and Lawson Roads.
The elderly woman was identified on Thursday by the Riverside County Coroner’s Office, as 84-year-old Charlotte Kneeland of Corona. She was reportedly trapped in the wreckage, and succumbed to injuries sustained in the collision.
Two other victims suffered minor injuries and one other person sustained moderate injuries. According to the California Highway Patrol, two sedans and a truck were involved in the fatal accident.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation by police. There is no other information released to the public at this time.
