Police Investigate Fatal Hit-And-Run Crash on Interstate 17 in Phoenix

Phoenix, AZ (June 2, 2022) – Early Saturday morning, 19-year-old Charles Mann died, and  19-year-old Taylor Ross sustained injuries in a crash on Interstate 17.

The fatal crash in Phoenix happened at around 1:10 a.m. on May 28 near Camp Verde.

Phoenix Police are currently seeking the driver and vehicle involved in a collision.

Reportedly, a gold Saturn Vue driven by Mann from Mesa collided with a vehicle that is still under investigation. 

Mann died from his injuries while his passenger, Ross, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and currently healing in the hospital.
