SANTA ROSA, CA (September 8, 2022) – Tuesday, authorities arrested Charles Bernhardy after a motorcycle crash in Fountraingrove Park.
 
The incident occurred just before 9:00 p.m. west on Fountaingrove Parkway.
 
According to reports, 37-year-old Charles Bernhardy of Santa Rosa drove west on Fountaingrove Parkway. As he approached from behind, he hit the victim just east of Sedgemoore Drive.
 
As a result, the rider fell off the bike. Then, the motorcycle got lodged under Bernhardy’s Chevrolet Silverado.
