Cesar Bautista Constante Dead in San Leandro Auto Accident on 880 Freeway

 
SAN LEANDRO, CA (July 12, 2020) – Early Saturday morning, two men died, including Cesar Bautista Constante, 20, in a fiery crash on the 880 Freeway in San Leandro.
 
According to police reports, the crash occurred at about 2:45 a.m. The CHP responded to the Davis Street offramp on southbound 880 Freeway, said Officer Dustin Kennerly.
 
Kennerly added that a car crashed near the ramp and had caught fire when the officers arrived. During the crash, one of the occupants was ejected from the vehicle and fell on the roadway. Meanwhile, the other occupant remained inside the burning vehicle.
 
The authorities declared both occupants dead at the scene. According to authorities, the deceased were both men in their 20s or 30s.
 
At this time, the circumstances that have led up to the crash remain unavailable. Furthermore, the crash continues to investigate the fatal crash.
