CENTENNIAL, CO – Six People Hospitalized in Car Accident on South Parker Road

Multiple-Vehicle Accident on South Parker Road and East Long Avenue

 
CENTENNIAL, CO (February 14, 2018) – Six people were hospitalized after a multiple-car collision on Wednesday morning, on the intersection of South Parker Road and East Long Avenue.
 
According to the South Metro Fire, at least one person had to be extricated from a car. Two people were taken to the hospital in critical condition; three people with serious injuries; and 1 person with minor injuries.
 
Five other people stopped at the scene of the crash to help victims. These individuals were treated on the crash site by emergency personnel for scratches and cuts.
 
It is unclear how many vehicles were involved in the accident at this time. Northbound Parker Road was closed at Cottonwood Drive for several hours, so officials could investigate and cleanup the wreckage from the roadway. The cause of the accident is still unknown.
