BAKERSFIELD, CA (October 10, 2021) – Saturday morning, Carlos Duarte Jr., 25, died in a head-on crash on E Panama Lane.

According to authorities, the fatal accident happened at around 4:30 a.m. at E Panama Lane.

Initial reports revealed that a vehicle veered towards the opposite lane. Then, it collided head-on with another vehicle.
