Car Crashes into Ford Dealership on Carriage Road [Poway, CA]

Driver Injured in Poway Car Accident

 
POWAY, CA (February 2, 2019) – A suspected DUI driver was involved in a solo-car accident early Saturday morning at a dealership on Carriage Road.
 
As per reports, the crash occurred shortly after 2:00 AM at the Perry Ford dealership at Poway Road and Carriage Road.
 
According to authorities, the driver had hit two traffic light poles and continued to drive through the dealership parking lot. This caused the vehicle to be airborne and land on parked vehicles in the dealership parking lot. A total of ten vehicles were damaged.
 
Firefighters had to extricate the driver and was transported to a nearby hospital for further medical evaluation. The identity nor medical status on the victim has been disclosed.
 
There has been no further information released regarding the circumstances leading up to the incident at this time.
